There’s not much more fun than a long holiday weekend.  In our house, it seems like we started at Thanksgiving and it was one long party….until tonight.  We’re so tired!!!!  Tonight when dinner time came around, we headed straight for the take out menus and landed on one of our favorites – Los Rancheros.  Guacamole and queso dip, chips, salsa followed by enchiladas, fajitas, and burritos, washed down with an Atlanta favorite - Coca Cola. (And yes it’s true, things DO go better with Coke!!)

Back to the real world tomorrow – school, basketball practice, work, crazy schedules.  We’ll be glad to have some kind of schedule back in our lives, but you can bet that we’ll be waiting for that next great long holiday weekend.
