9 Frugal Beauty Tips
1. Put small pieces of soap into a white sock. Tie the end. Use as a washcloth.
2. Stretch your favorite shampoo by using less when you lather up. Or take an empty bottle, squeeze a small amount of shampoo into the empty bottle and then add a shot of water and shake to mix.
