Spring Forward!!!
Move those clocks ahead an hour! Don’t forget less-used clocks like the microwave, stove, and car clocks.
Today is also a great day to visit your local farmers market. Early spring is a great time for young greens and fish. Seasonal foods are always tastier, fresher, and easy to get from local sources, cutting down the carbon footprint of your daily diet. This is a great time of year for young carrots and greens, which are often sweeter and much more flavorful than the older plants.
