Julie and Julia – Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic
I’m finally going to see Julie and Julia. Despite all of the obvious reasons for going to see the film (i love food, i love food, i love food), my sister in law sent me an article from the New Yorker about Nora Ephron that made me want to pick up the phone, call her and ask her if she’d be my friend.
I think when I get home I’ll try one of those famous French chicken recipes, Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic. I found this one on myrecipes.com, one of my favorite “looking for a recipe” sites.
Will keep you posted on the garlic and chicken progress. Right now, its off to the movies, popcorn and Diet Coke in tow.

I hope you really do let us know how the garlic chicken turns out. I want to try some Julia recipes but they look like so much work.
