Very Green Salad Dressing – quick, yummy, easy
Yesterday I opened the refrigerator and realized that I had lots of little amounts of green things – parsley, basil, zucchini, spinach. So I popped them all in a blender with 1 cup of buttermilk, 1/4 c of olive oil and 1/2 a lemon’s worth of lemon juice. Blasted away, and came out with a great tasting salad dressing!
(If you dont have buttermilk, you can take 1 c of milk and squeeze 1/2 a lemon in it – works the same, tastes the same)
