    I’m a cake fan. The riff from the Jimmy Buffet song (“Grapefruit/Juicyfruit) that ‘a little dab will do you’ is my frosting preference for cupcakes. Why drown the darling cupcake with a huge mantle of frosting that makes the cupcake difficult to eat – and enjoy!

    Hmmmm. It is no secret I love the icing…..So I would say my ratio would lean more toward 60 icing 40 cupcake.
